FasterHouse started as a couple of guys with a deep love of real estate. Jim Steigemeier and Bryan Schroeder have been buying, renovating and selling homes for more than 30 years. They made every mistake imaginable and a few that weren't. But over time, they learned the best, fairest and easiest ways to buy and sell property. In 2002, they decided to make their partnership formal and FasterHouse was born.

Working from their offices in historic St. Charles, Mo., Steigemeier and Schroeder have built a reputation for solving house problems for hundreds of customers in a variety of situations.
