FasterHouse, LLC was created by Jim Stiegemeier and Bryan Schroeder in 2004 based on their decades of experience and passion for real estate investing. Stiegemeier & Schroeder developed relationships with bankers and created systems to make buying and selling homes faster, easier and more profitable. After perfecting their business model, they began seeking other like-minded investors to join them.

FasterHouse is founded on the idea that homeowners facing foreclosure, divorce or estate disposal deserve respect, compassion and the best problem-solving thinking applied to their situation.
