“Hello!  Bryan Schroeder with FasterHouse here.  One of the questions that I am frequently asked is, ‘What are some of the reasons that people sell their house to FasterHouse?’  The biggest reason is we make it very easy.  It is kind of like pushing the ‘Easy Button’.  And usually the people that sell their house to us need ‘easy’ for some reason.  Either the house needs some repairs…it is maybe very dated or needs some work done to the house…or they just need to sell it very quickly for some reason.  For one reason or another, they don’t want to do the traditional real estate agent thing.  Those are the reasons why. 

So, some of the benefits we provide are, we buy it ‘as-is’…you don’t have to do any updates or repairs. Other than me or one of my buyers coming out to take a look at the house, there are no other inspections that are needed…you don’t have to fix up a bunch of things that a building inspector came by and said you had to fix up, whether that’s a building inspector hired by the buyer or even a municipal occupancy inspection.  We’ll buy it ‘as-is’.  You don’t have to do all of those repairs. There are no real estate commissions, so if you sell the house to us, you don’t have to pay a 6% or 7% real estate commission to an agent or anything along those lines.  We are members of the Better Business Bureau.  We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  We have been members for a very long time.  We have been in business here in the St. Louis metro area for over 10 years, and I and all my buyers live here and work here in the St. Louis metro area, so we know the area very well.  We are very educated and have been in the real estate business for a long time, so we know how the whole process works. We have bought many houses over the years, so there aren’t many new problems that come along that we haven’t already worked with in the past.  We do always close at a title company.  It makes it best for the buyers and the sellers.

How does the process work to sell my house to FasterHouse?

Step 1:  You complete the Sell Your House form or call (314) 200-5122

Step 2:  One of the FasterHouse buyers will call you to set up an appointment to view your home, discuss your situation and see how we can help.

Step 3:  FasterHouse makes you an offer for your home.

Step 4:  You decide if the offer works for you.  If so, a contract is written up and signed by both parties, a closing date is set to purchase your home and FasterHouse takes care of all the details.

Step 5:  On the day you pick to close, you will go to the title company, or other arrangements will be made if you cannot go to the title company, to sign the paperwork required to sell your house.  We will make it fast and easy for you.

When will someone contact me after I fill out the form?

A FasterHouse buyer will contact you within 24 hours.

How quickly can I sell my house?

Typically, we can close in about 7 to 14 days, as long as all the title work comes back okay.

Do I have to sell my house to FasterHouse if I contact you for an offer?

You are under no obligation to sell your house to FasterHouse.  We will make you a no-pressure offer.  It is up to you whether or not you accept that offer.

Do I need to make any repairs for you to buy my house?

No, we buy houses as is.  We will make you a cash offer.

Will I have to pay any real estate commissions or fees?

No, we will buy your house for cash.  You will not be required to pay any real estate commissions or fees to sell your house.

My house is listed for sale with a real estate agent. Will you still buy my house?

Yes.  In this case, you will need to pay your agent’s commission, but we can still purchase your home.

What if my house is currently rented?

We buy houses in any condition or situation.  We will buy a house with a tenant in the house, even if the tenant is a bad tenant.  We are experienced with dealing with tenants.
