I know upfront you had some reservations and I know as well you had somebody else come out and offer you a pretty conservative price. As well as having concerns about low ball offers or even you mentioned shysters and things like that. But overall tell me how your experience went and how the process went.”
Mary – “Well it was very easy, it was very easy and fast and quick and that’s the way I wanted to do it, I’m happy. I trust you guys and you did a good job, I couldn’t say one thing bad. It went smoothly and everything you said came through just the way you said it would, so I’m happy.”
Jeremy – “Well good so what I told you when we met and what actually happened in reality, that was accurate correct?”
Mary – “Yea, very accurate.”
Jeremy – “And as far as the closing, even with the closer we closed at True Title and that experience was good and everything went well correct?”
Mary – “Yes, yes”
