Compared Faster House with two other agencies. I did not want to go through the hassle of the normal realtor, commission, etc. After I did all the math, the price I got for the house was very similar to what I would received after fixing up my house, paying commission, etc., etc.. process was very good, and the people were extremely pleasant to work with. The process of selling the home of my father who recently passed seemed daunting to say the least. We didn't have the time, money or energy to do the needed updates to place it on the market ourselves. So we entered into the 'As Is' market to get the house sold. And I'll be honest, I was preparing for a bunch of sleazy sales people with low ball offers Initially, that's exactly what we got from the first two companies that we contacted. I knew the comps in the area and had made estimated deductions based on the upgrades it needed. SO I had a pretty good sense of what a fair offer should be. It took over 60 days to get the needed paperwork to move forward with the sale. Dennis stuck with us the entire time. He even provided recommendations for legal assistance for the probate. He would reach out from time to time to check on how my family was doing with the loss and see if we needed anything. It always felt genuine. Today we closed!!!
