Curve appeal was really enhanced with this house by removing unnecessary trees, painting the shudders and front door, and adding fresh mulch and shrubbery.
The living room was opened up by removing the non-load bearing wall.
New laminate hard wood was placed throughout the main living level.
New paint and fresh new baseboards and light fixtures rounded out the living room.
The kitchen layout stayed the same except for a brand-new oversized island. We added granite counter tops, new cabinetry, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances.
Our new laminate hard wood flowed into every bedroom on the main level. New 6 panel closet doors really help this room look fresh and clean.
The guest bathroom was completely updated with new ceramic tile on the floor, new vanity with granite counter top, new toilet, and new tile tub surrounding.
The functional fireplace was spruced up by adding a ceramic tile boarder.
