Welcome to Coachlight Square. On the exterior of the home, we freshened up the landscaping and installed a brand new roof with architectural shingles.
In the living room, we replaced the carpet, painted the fireplace, installed new door hardware, and installed new light-fixtures.
The kitchen was updated with new granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.
New paint, light fixtures, and carpet went throughout the 4 bedrooms.
The bathrooms were in great shape. So we left them pretty much untouched, except for a fresh new paint job, new shower hardware, and light fixtures.
We freshened up the finished basement with new electrical outlets, baseboards, new carpet, and fresh paint.
